Judges signature
Form requesting funds for reappointed counsel at states expense. Previous counsel, motion to withdraw on the grounds of (check appropriate box or specify.) The form is a order from the court that states the request of funds, and gives explanation for request, _______ .Is a Jugde the final authority in the court? Is a Judge required to review a court document that is presented to him or her prior to signing the document? When a judge signs a court document What happens when the form is fraudulent, and there is substantial evidence that corroborates a misrepresentation of Government funds? Is it elegal to create a fraudulent invoice at the states expense? Who pays the states expenses? What effects could it have on a deffendants case , if he or she attemped to bring this isue to the judges attention off the record in chambers, out of respect for the Judge and the Court. So the judge could address the issue in what ever way he or she felt to be appropriate in reguards to the information ? Being denied request to speak in private off the record with the Judge, the deffendant with no other alternative stated the issue in court for the record? Who is responsable for the fraudulent invoice presented, signed & authorised by the judge?

You state several issues here.
"Is a Jugde the final authority in the court?" Yes and no. The judge is the final authority in the judge's court for most things. In a matter committed to the discretion of the court, the judge may be corrected by a higher court only if the judge abuses that discretion. I won't take the time to review the rest.
