Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
Jurisdiction after criminal conviction
If someone was convicted of a felony act in Utah 9 years ago (1999), but now lives in the State of Colorado and would like to Petition the Court in that criminal case, would jurisdiction be proper in the convicting state or the state in which you reside???
