RE: Juror dishonesty
According to the Arapahoe County Jury Commissioner's website, a perspective juror MUST live in the county of Arapahoe or they should be disqualified from serving on any jury there. I'm not sure who you should contact to get the verdict thrown out though.

You can try the trial judge first, in a motion for new trial. You can also appeal to the court of appeals.
