Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
Getting Juvenile Criminal/Arrest records expunged
I have a friend who commited a class 5 felony and pleea bargained to a misdemeandor charge of ''computer crime'' at age 14. They put him on a ''deferred adjudication'' sentence for 1 year on probation. He copmleted it and has stayed out of all trouble since. Absolutely nothing else in on his record. He was never actually convicted and the courts said that they had withdrawn his guilty plea as a result of his successful completion of the ''deferred adjudication'' sentence.
My question is:
Is it possible to expunge his record completely, including when they arrested him, and, after we've done whatever we can do to clean his record, will he have all his rights back(right to buy firearms, eligible to become a Law Enforcment officer etc.)?

Re: Getting Juvenile Criminal/Arrest records expunged
The record can be sealed. It will still be able to be viewed by police and courts, but not by the public. I can do this. contact me.
