What is Law 12 m 88, Law 12 m 139, Law 12 cr 140, law m 96?

Those appear to be case numbers. The 12 stands for 2012, M stands for misdemeanor, the cr stands for felony, and the numbers following the letters stands for the case that was filed that year, i.e. 88 would mean the 88th misdemeanor filed that year.
