Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
My lawyer missed a motions trail .. pretrail check in called me and told me they were isssing a warretn for my arrest..lawyer said dont worry about it that was 3 days ago..he called today and told me to met him at court house tommorrow..should i be worried ..will the judge just release the warrent?

Your lawyer has to explain to the court the reason you failed to show up in Court. If there was Motions Hearing date you are required to appear unless you were previously excused by the Court. It all depends on the Judge and your lawyer to explain your failure to appear.
