need legal advice in what to do

when going to court for a injury accident and the defendents show pictures of a different car to the jury and we tell our attorney thats the wrong car,how can the other side get away and the court allow and our attorney didnt fight the fact,let alone bring in our wittness to the accident that caused my husband and i alot or injuries and alot of pain and suffering who can help us,in taking our attorney to court for malpractic and loseing our case inwhich we had alot of wittness to come to court for us and our attorney didnt make no attemp to have our wittness there when we needed them the most please help my family

What you need to do is contact an attorney who handles legal malpractice cases. Sadly enough for my profession, there are dozens of them listed in the Colorado Legal Directory, which is likely available in your public library.

Also, you may wish to contact the Metropolitan Lawyer Referral Service, at their web site at http://mlrsonline.org/index.html, where there is also a link to free or low-cost legal services. I have no connection with this group.
