Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
Is it legal for a District Attorney to pass court doucments to news paper reporters during court concerning the defendent before any judgement or plea has been determinded the case?

This is grey. "Court documents" are public records, so the press can have access. Get the docs filed under seal, or an Order that they should be withheld. Your "privacy rights" must be balanced against the public (press) right to know.
