Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado

is it legal to give a polygraph detector test in the state of colorado if it is legal when it become illegal in that state which chapter of the law and section of the law that say it? and my second question is if a case if is over and the person put on probation and the case is in a appeal should the case probation should freeze until the case an appeal been heard if not what can that person due to get off that probation that he or she treating unfairly what is the chapter or the section of the law to tell the Juge for the person to get off probation and not to on probation and the person not to be guilty at all? and my last question is what is all the step the person could take to start a civil case on them when the charge was false that they put him on probation in the first place to build up a case to sue those people?

While a case is on appeal, jail time is stayed (if a misdemeanor), but probation is not automatically stayed. File a motion with the District Court. If jurisdiction is already vested in the Court of Appeals, you could try a stay from the CoA, but that is not likely.
