Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
I have a legal order signed by the judge dismissing my counts with prejudice: D/S successfully completed. however I still have a felony on my record because of this case, and the CBI reports that I am still on probation. How do I handle this?

File an exemplified copy of the order of dismissal with CBI.
