Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
What length in time can a Co-defendants testify against you?
if there are two people involved in a case and person #1 has already taken a plea and their case is over, yet person #2 is still in the middle of their court proceedings, can person #1 still testify against the person #2 even though their court is already over? Is is possible to make a deal on a case which includes testifying against someone if that person hasn't even made it through half their court proceedings?

Yes, to both questions. This often happens.
