I think you are talking about a Notice of Appeal. Where you send it depends upon the Court wherein the conviction occurred. Convictions in District Court go to the Court of Appeals. Convictions in County Court go to the District Court. Convictions in Municipal Courts go to either the District Court or County Court (depending on whether the conviction occurred in a Court of Record). You have 10, 30 or 45 days (depending on the Court) to file notice, so act quickly.
