lie detector test
lie detector machine kept messing up while in the process of asking their questions or doing whatever they do on a lie detector. Can the out come still be used as evidence for the courts or police?

Lie detector results are inadmissible as evidence in Colorado.

never admissible in court - police can use what they want, but it sounds like this one should be very suspect - your attorney could get another one

Can be used by Police. Not admissible. If the result is bad, get another one and challenge the original result as error.
