Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado

What is the limitation to one's rights on invasion of privacy?

Is there any law in which can be charged towards someone, or that rightfully protects someone's privacy within their own home against that of a person who is has tapes of video recorded material of them without their consent? And does the fact that one may have recorded such tapes to watch another person in a sexual manner at which one would be dressing, taking shower etc. make a difference in the fine lines of invasion of privacy?

if kept private, then it is private - typically anything done in the home that cannot be seen by someone outside the home is private.

things done in public are not private.

recording a shower without consent will usually be an invasion of privacy.
