Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
Hello, I live in Colorado, the police recently came to my place of employment, then my home to question me about a baggie of drugs that they claim came off my person and landed on floor in a gas station. They want to charge me with possession, or become a CI, but they did not find the drug on me. They only showed me still photos of baggie on floor infront of me. Can I really be charged with possession? They came to me 3days after said incident.

You need to politely decline to make any statement. The police might or might not have enough to charge you. If they charge you, you need a criminal defense attorney. However, if you make a statement you can only manage to make things worse.
