Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
I live in the state of Colorado And I am a Lisenced Medical Marijuana Care giver and am following the Colorado State laws but was curious if I Have over 200 plants. If I am putting my self at risk on a fedral level or if the will not prossicute because of colorado law I guess my question is If am I at risk or are they not going after people in the states where it is leagal at a local level
