Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado

I live in the state of Colorado. I suspect my spouse is involved in something illegal regarding his company. I believe fraud.

He has in the past referred to some woman who will take care of me if I do not keep my mouth shut. Regardless I believe I will be murdered. He keeps stating things like I will have to tell her, she will not like it. This was after I stated that I do not care what is going on, leave me out of it. He says things in front of me that strike terror in my heart. I need to know what to do? He states I am hearing things. His party line for anything I hear.

He has a girlfriend that he wants to live with and I tell him I will give him a divorce. He has called me a stupid bitch and refers to this woman. He does not want a divorce. I guess that if I do not keep my mouth shut and do not get a divorce everything will be all right. I do not believe that will ever happen.

I am tired of being told I am crazy. I know what is happening involves checks from Aeroflex in Colorado Springs, Co. I am so scared. i do not want to be tortured, murdered or worse committed to some horrible institution. Please help me! This has been going on for over a year.
