mail tampering
My soon to be ex husband has opened up a PO box in my name and has had my mail forwarded to it. he has opened my state tax documents and other mail and submitted it to his attorney to be used in divorce court. what recourse do i have against him?

Report his actions to your postmaster. Tampering with the mails is a federal crime.
