Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
Marijuana Possession
I was recently written a ticket by the Weld County K-9 unit. The ticket has MY last name on it but my FRIEND'S first name, Along with My drivers license number and I also signed it. Is it still valid? Am i still responsible for it?

You'll still need to go to your court appearance. A clerical error generally isn't enough to get a charge dismissed. Even if you are successful, the DA can simply re-file the charge with your correct first name.
There may be one or more of any number of good reasons to challenge your ticket, however, depending on the facts of your case.
