Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
Marrage to a Colorado state prison inmate
My boyfriend (before he went in) is serving 5 years at Bent County Correctional Facility. I would like to know if we got married would this make his chances of an early release better or not effect his sentance at all? Thank you!
