Marriage with a minor - is this statutory rape?
Does the United States recognize a marriage to a minor if it is from a foreign country?
More specifically, If an adult male, from a foreign country, is married to a 12 year-old girl and he has sex with her in America, can he be prosecuted for statutory rape or child molestation?
