My guess is that would be the law of supply and demand. Adultery is not a criminal offense, nor is it a cause of action in a Colorado divorce.

Although committing Adultery is a criminal Offense but the crime is not classified into any class or designation for sentencing purposes. Furher Adultery has no prescribed sentence. Therefore, no DA prosecutes Adultery.
In The Family Law context, CO is a No fault Dissolution of Marriage State thetrefore, Adultery is not relevant except to indicate that there are irreconciable differences or that the marriage is irretrievably broken
