Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
medical confidentiality in probation for drugs
On probation and am being required to have blood taken for getting on anabuse. Probation is paying for it but was wondering if I pay for it they can only see the results they need and I can deny any release of information pertaining to any drugs that might be in my system as it would greatly affect the outcome of my future? Thankyou for any help you can give

Re: medical confidentiality in probation for drugs
I'm afraid that screening for drugs is likely one of the conditions of your probation. The alternative is to serve your sentence.
