Mi Dog bit someone

What are the questions they will ask me Do I need proof he is a nice dogDo I need a lawyer The person did not press charges?

Unless he's a trained protection dog and someone was trying to harm you or your property, I think you can forget about testimonial evidence that he's a nice dog. Nice dogs don't bite people.

They'll want to know what was happening when your dog chowed down, if he was provoked, what the victim was doing when he or she was deprived of a chunk of their body, how you treat or mistreat the mutt, if he has a history of aggressive behavior, when he had his last meal and what the hell is wrong with the kibble you give him.

If you haven't been charged with anything, it's too early to worry about it.

Just be nice to your little doggy, and keep him well fed and well away from children.
