Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
military records
If in civilian court, records were sealed for shoplifiting on a military base, but not to the military, would the charges show on a regular (non-federal or military) emloyment background check? Just wondering if sealing records in civilian court is worth the trouble.

Re: military records
I'm guessing you were charged by civilian law enforcement, not the military. Unless you were charged by the military, or pleaded guilty in a military court, there would be no records there to be sealed.
