Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
I got a minor in consumption/ disturbing the peace (we had a party) charge and go to court tomorrow. I never had the chance to prove I wasn't intoxicated, and the cop wrote the wrong date on the ticket. What should I plead/expect
