minor with failure to appear for drinking under age
He has a failure to appear in court so if he goes to court voluntarily what would happen and should he get a bails bonds men. What would that cost?

Call the clerk of the court where he failed to appear, and they can tell you exactly what the bond will be. It shouldn't be much; it's a minor charge. Good luck.
