Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado

As I currently have a misdemeanor fail to comply no bond warrant due to violation of probation out of the state of Colorado it was however a felony case (domestic violence and false imprisonment, but I plead guilty to 2 misdemeanor and that is all that is on my warrant) I was told it is a M1 class misdemeanor no bond warrant that is only in the state of Colorado and it is not nationwide the question is can I be arrested at the airport when entering back to Denver, Colorado as a US citizen from Europe as I will be flying in from either via London or Frankfurt will I be able to enter in peace and turn myself in on my own terms to deal with this or will I be detained at customs? as I have spoken to few sheriffs from Colorado and I have gotten different answers from all of them I am very skeptical as to who is lying to me and who is indeed not

You are going to get different answers, because public policy is involved. ICE is trying to justify itself to the US Congress and voters in general. By arresting a convicted criminal on a valid warrant, the ICE agent in question will look good to superiors and to the public. ICE is not in the business of enforcing state law, so you may not be detained. However, if ICE finds the state warrant, bad things will happen to you. Address the warrant before you leave the country. If you have already left the USA, get counsel to attempt to quash the warrant and set a court date. Your attorney need not tell the court that you are out of the USA or that you will be flying through Denver. That is privileged information.
