Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
are misdemeanor 2 theft violations a permanent record? I have had the record for 10 years already and am constantly being cut out of opportunities over a petty shoplifting

They ARE permanent, until the cases are sealed. You should be eligible to seal those convictions.
