Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
Misdeminor theft
I am currently finishing school, and was charged with misdeminor theft at 18. I am now 24, and my life as far as employment is over. Is expungement a option for me, or is there anything I can do?

Re: Misdeminor theft
If it was a conviction over the age of 18, then not right now (bill in the legislature may change this soon). If it was a deferred sentence that was completed or if you were under 18 at the time of the offense, you may be able to.
