Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
Missed court for driving under restraint in firestone colorado, fta warrant issued, have court monday for city municipal violation in wheat ridge colorado. will i get arrested from wheat ridge on monday if i go to court, going to do a walk through bond, but time is not on my side here.

The odds are pretty good you will get taken into custody. However, it depends on whether or not anyone looks. The one good thing you have going for you is that a lot of municipal systems will not pick up on a county warrant.
