Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
missing case
1995 case in Jefferson county, Vehicular homocide, served one year in work release. Probation for 4 years, revoked for dv, restraing order aganist me, P.O. had me live with dv told her the possibility for failure existed for this reason. Left in 97 got in trouble & was in jail for 60 days asked if I had any holds-NO and given release date. After that moved to Oregon had contact with police, girlfriend car accident, person attempting to harm myself and son. Traveled across the border in 2000. The case now is lost or misplaced, attorney states it can be pieced together. How can this be done when something is lost well it is lost. I'm also a disabled individual with many needs as I also suffered from the accident. My soul is waiting to mend.
