I ran a CBI report on myself reciently and my felony for possession was not on it. I thought felonies stay on your record. Why would mine be gone?

Clerical error? Felonies do stay on your record, but there are many sources of records. Run a similar check on cocourts.com and see if it's there. Maybe you got lucky.

Re: Missing Felony
You may not be looking in the right place, state or country. You may not besearching the right dates. There must have been a conviction. Was there? Was it conviction at trial? To a jury? Was there a plea bargain?
