You can file a motion to do anything, even send flowers to your mother. Just go to the Colorado State Judicial Branch self-help section, and you can download a blank form. You could call it Motion To Modify Sentence, or Motion To Go Home Early, just so it describes what you want the court to do.

I'm guessing you're on probation or parole for a certain period of months or years. You'll need to list by number the reasons you think this period should be cut short.
