Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado

want to move to different county in same state

i am in boulder,co i am on parole and have had major issues with my isp officer. i feel threatened and intimidated always being told he is going to violate me. I am doing all the right things and staying out of trouble. Can you tell me how to change countys.This officer is the only isp in the county so I can't change officers. I can't get a straight answer. Please help

You'll likely need to have a specific address in mind where you want to move.

Then you'll have to come up with some reasons why you've fallen in love with the idea of living in wonderful Adams County (or whatever county), and why it will be helpful to you to be in that other county.

The bitch of it is that you'll have to make your pitch to your parole officer. If you feel this is impossible, because you can't trust him or your relationship is poisoned, go up the chain of command, starting with your isp's supervisor.

At the Longmont office, you might want to talk with Adam Moorehead (not sure if that's spelled right).
