Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
Mushrooms
Yesterday I got caught on National Forest land in Colorado with about 1/8 oz of mushrooms. What kind of punishment should I be expecting when my court date comes up in a month?

This is a felony under fed law, where you are facing prison time, but should be eligible for probation. I do a lot of federal drug cases, so feel free to get a hold of me if I can be of help. Good luck.
