Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado

My neighbor called 911 because my husband thru some photos into the street. I wasn't even home when this happened. They took him to jail, we now have a mandatory protection order. How can I get this modified?

show up to court and ask, but often there is a procedure where you have to submit a form through the district attorney's office making the request

you H should not talk with anyone but an attorney - all jail calls are recorded as are visits - they will find it and use it - get an attorney now

Jason is right. Most all jail visits are recorded, except those where privilege exists (lawyer visits). The Mandatory order may be modified by the court, but not usually. You have to ask - or get counsel.
