Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
I have a niece who has asked me to buy her a car . She has 2 kids, does not work is currently recieving welfare. If I by her a car put it in her name and she does not maintain insurance on it but goes on driving , has an accident hurting or worse yet kills somebody will i have any liability

Generally not as long as your name is not on the title, registration, loan documents or insurance.
