Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
I have a non-extraditable warrant from California because I was on formal probation and left California for Colorado. My question is, can my friends be charged with aiding in escape for helping me out when I needed a few bucks for food while I'm living in Colorado? Like I said before, I left while on probation and the warrant is non-extraditable.

If they know you have a felony warrant for your arrest, then yes.
