Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
At the Nuggets opener, they gave out free vouchers for a ski pass. I would like to sell mine. It says "voucher is non-transferable and not for resale, under Colorado theft of services law." After reading the law, I don't see how selling this voucher could be considered theft of service. Are they just trying to scare people into not selling these vouchers, or would the sale indeed constitute theft of service?
