obstruction of justice charge
my neighbors had the cops called for a noise violoation i was in the general area they asked where the party was i told them i dont know what they were talking about no one was arrested charged or even seen accept me i was arrested for obtruction can i beat the charge thanks

If all you did was say you didn't know what the cops were talking about, certainly you can beat the charge. If you are being complete and accurate in your question, the DA should drop the charge at your arraignment.
