Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado

ok,my offence was asault 2nd deg,i plead guilty to a crime of passion sentance,and recieved four years of probation,30 days in jail,and misc other probation stuff,my concern is im still going through the restitution proceedings,and well theres has been a few mistakes on the d.a.'s behalf concerning the money amounts,my public defender sent me the victems rights paper work which determans the amount,and she came up with the amount of around $9000,when i looked at it i came up with over $60,000,so she went to the da and asked for clarification,a few months later they came back with $11,000,i decided to take it,everything was filed,and singed off by the judge,done deal right?no the da came back after it was done and motioned?and the judge reversed it and made the victems right people show him the two mistakes,and wanted the new amount,ok my question is,is this right?,can they just reverse a done deal?now they are asking for over 50,000,and i really need ur help,my public defender is a great person,but i feel she is way loaded down,and doesnt have the real time to help me,so i need to help her to help me,any info would be greatly appreciated,sincerly robert m dattage.

Restitution amounts can be changed post-plea. BUT: If the DA was given 90 days to resolve resitution amounts, they need to challenge those amounts within the 90 days.
