olea agrement confusion
if i signed a plea agrement but have not yet been sentanced can i withdraw from the plea and take my case to trail?

It depends on the judge, some will and some will not. Also, there must be some legal ground for the withdrawl of the plea. However, when I have done these cases, it is easier to get the plea withdrawn prior to sentencing then before. It also depend if the judge has accepted the plea on the record. Good luck.

Before sentencing, you can withdraw the plea on certain grounds. After sentencing, you can try to withdraw the plea, but you can also win the lottery. Get help and withdraw the plea as soon as you can.
