Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado

what are my options if i was accused of writing grafitti in a bathroom and the police officer who detained me asked me many questions, searched me, and arrested me without ever saying my miranda rights. i was charged with criminal mischief and obstructing a police officer. i was totally respectful but admitted to nothing so the cop swore at me and threatened to charge me with everything he could and make sure i lost my job. all and all i felt i was wronged.

The short version of what you can do with the case are either 1) Seek a plea bargain, or 2) Fight it.
