Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
overpayment refund
I work for a large hospital and I overpaid on one of my accounts so it had a credit balance as I was getting ready to make a payment on another acct minus the overpayment amount which could be transfered to acct with a balance but much to my surprise the overpayment was written off and the acct had a 0 bal. what laws if any are there regarding overpayment refunds?
