Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
pardons
I am getting ready to apply for my license in surveying in the state of colo. and have a record from the 1970's from colo. and have had no luck finding out how to get a pardon or close my records.I am in the process of filling out the application and felony records are a major part, there is no violence,or drugs, just pleas to thieft felony(and bad spelling).any help will be appricated. thanx d wasson

Re: pardons
Elimination of a felony record requires a pardon from the governor. Call the governor's office and they will send you the forms or tell you how to get them.
