Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
Parking Tickets
I sold a car about a year ago. The person I signed the title over to never put the car in her name. Just last week I recieved a parking ticket for this car I no longer own. Should I just pay the tickets? Any help would be nice

Re: Parking Tickets
No. Let the court know you sold the car, and to whom.

Re: Parking Tickets
You should let the Department of Motor Vehicles(or whatever it's called in Colorado) know that the vehicle which you sold and of which you divested yourself of title is now apparently being operated without a proper registration by persons unknown.
