parole/ presentence confinement time

I acted as my own attorney and didn't realize i needed to request my presentence confinement time, after i went to prison i wrote the judge but by the time i got granted the presentence confinement time of 298 days i had already did all but 28 days of a three year sentence, i was told it would come off my parole but now they are refusing to give it to me, what can i do?

You may consider filing a Crim Rule 35(a) and crs 16-11-306 (this code number probably changed this year to 18-10.5-xxx). 35a petitions the court to correct an illegal sentence. 16-11-306 grants presentence confinement credit in felony cases.
