Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
Parole
I received a sentence to the Department of corrections of 15 months with 2 years parole. I served the 15 months got out violated my parole went back and served the rest of my two years day for day with no earn time. They let me out with my statagtory discharge papers. I was then put back on parole after two months because they said a law was over looked. I have my discharge papers and my plea agreement, I was never advised of this new law in court. Now they say im back on parole for 12 months and if I violate they will send me back for the rest of the 12 months then let me back out with 12 more months parole. I need your help.

I have heard of this problem, but I have not researched it. It does not sound legal and I would be happy to work on it for you. Send me an email.
