Do NOT appear before the judge. If you do, the bench warrant may be served and you may be taken into custody. First, the warrant must be quashed. If, as you say, you were fined, the case must have been closed by a plea bagain or by conviction at trial. If so, and no jail time was suspended, someone can get the warrants quashed and the fine paid. If the case is not closed, there may be trouble ahead. Either way, you have set up a situation where someone else should handle this for you, so you can avoid jail.
